If you see one, it should have a QR code on it, that you can scan with your phone to take you to a special website.

From here, you can choose a person to send a free bar of Cadbury’s chocolate to, and you can even pick their favourite flavour.

Fill out their address and details, and within a few weeks, they’ll have a free bar of chocolate landing on their doorstep.

Of course, if you really wanted, you can order it to yourself… or at least your partner which you can steal off them!

How to get it

Frozen supermarket Iceland has launched a deal called ‘Easy Teas’, where customers can pick up eight different frozen food items for £10.

That works out at £1.25 for each item you pick up – which makes most of them better than half price.

There are 14 different options for you to choose from, that you can either choose a selection of, or get eight of the same if you’re fussy.

You can choose between Goodfella’s pizza, Birds Eye Alphabites, Birds Eye fish fingers, Birds Eye potato waffles, Birds Eye chicken, Birds Eye fish fillets, Birds Eye veggie fingers or Aunt Bessie’s Yorkshire Puddings.

When buying, make sure you’ve got at least eight of the items, as anything under or over will mean you pay full price.

You can buy these items in store, or do it as part of an online shop.

Some of the items including Goodfella’s frozen pizzas usually cost £3 to buy, so getting it for the equivalent of £1.25 is a great deal!

Bare with me a minute… this doesn’t sound as sexy as free chocolate, or half price breakfasts, but phone bills are a huge expense for most families, and this is a great deal.

This time of year (around Black Friday) is usually the cheapest time to switch your mobile phone provider, or get a SIM only contract.

And this deal is one of the cheapest I’ve seen for a long time. Here’s everything you need to know.

How to get it

Right now, there is a deal for a 12 month SIM only phone contract with O2 for £8 a month.

It includes 40GB of monthly data and unlimited calls and texts, which should be enough for everybody (I travel around the UK using data very often, and use less than 20GB a month).

The deal works out at just £96 for the whole year. For such a high amount of data, this is very good value. Most SIM only contracts hover between the £20-30 a month range, so this could save you £100s.

For signing up, you also get three months of Disney+ for completely free, which normally costs £20+.

O2 SIM only deals also gets you data roaming for free in most European countries, which is a nice perk. You also get access to its O2 Priority app that have exclusive offers, deals and freebies.

The website mentions that you must buy a ‘qualifying product’, but T&Cs list basically everything, including electronics, games and appliances.

If you wanted to start forward planning, you can get your kids a completely free letter from Santa, that you can either have sent to you in the post, or you can download yourself.

How Do You Get It?

Royal Mail are helping kids write to Santa this year, and have set up special service so Santa and his elves can receive and reply to letters.

If a letter from your child reaches Santa before Thursday 30th November, the Royal Mail (and the main man himself) will make sure your child gets a reply in time for Christmas.

Your kids can write to Santa letting him know what they’d like for Christmas this year.

Make sure in the letter, you include your full name and address, so Santa knows where to send the reply to.

Once written, you’ll need to pay for a stamp (either 1st or 2nd class). A first class stamp costs 75p at the moment, so it’s not going to break the bank. Then send your letter to this address:

You should get a reply back from Santa in late November or early December – perfect timing for the festive period and to get into the Christmas spirit!

Right now, you can get a free family day pass to a National Trust attraction in the UK, which could be worth up to £50.

The pass gets 2 adults and 3 children, or 1 adult and 4 children entry to an attraction of your choice.

You can get the deal by purchasing either a Daily Star or Daily Mirror before the end of this week. Both papers should cost you less than £1.50.

Alternatively, you can apply online for your free voucher on the Daily Mirror’s website, though you’ll get an E-Voucher and will have to book online in advance.

You can use the pass up until the 15th December 2023, so even if you didn’t want to go just yet, you can hold onto it for a future date.

There are some National Trust sites that are excluded, but there are 1,000s of places available to go to with the deal.
